Track your DEX parcel
After dispatch, use the courier AWB / tracking number shared in your shipping update. Your Fashion by Inz order number is different from the courier tracking number.
Enter your AWB number on the DEX tracking page to see the latest courier update.
Find your order status
Open the order confirmation email you received after checkout and use the order status link to view updates. If a courier tracking link has been added after dispatch, you can find it in the shipping update.
